Maia is a Toronto-based Illustrator and 3D sculpture, currently studying at Sheridan College for the Honours Bachelor of Illustration.

Growing up, Maia was fascinated with stories and visual narratives. Her mind swirled with stories of heroes and villains thanks to her mom who would stay up late reading countless children's books. As she got older, she would spend hours flipping through art books, admiring the artists she hoped one day to rival. Wielding a solid foundation in illustration and a love of fables, Maia creates splendid 3D designs of unforgettable characters.
